A new diagnosis of diabetes can feel overwhelming-there is so much to learn, and you need to learn it quickly! Perhaps you are not new to diabetes, but want a refresher (so much has changed in the last 10 years, it can be hard to keep up!).

You can be taught self-management and skills to manage diabetes on a daily basis. Downloadable workshops are the perfect place to learn skills and self-management.​ If you prefer to learn on one-one-one or on your own, we can do that too!
